Stephen was a referral from our wedding photographer and it is fair to say that one of us took some convincing that we needed a videographer for our wedding! Stephen came to meet us one evening and his enthusiasm for his job was obvious from the very start. It was clear that Stephen takes huge pride in capturing as much of the day as possible and the trailers we saw were exactly the quality of our finished videos. On the day itself, Stephen literally didn’t stop working… even when having a well earned break for some food, he seemed to be setting up equipment for the next shot and planning ahead so that everything was under control. All of this, whilst basically being invisible… not once did we feel Stephen was in the way and most of the time, we were completely unaware he was even capturing the moment. As for the final output - it was truly wonderful. Many tears continue to be shed in reliving the day, in ways which we would never have been able to enjoy without the edited films that Stephen & Jenny clearly take enormous pride over. We booked Stephen for our wedding in May 2024 and it was honestly one of the best things we did. Stephen was so friendly and made us feel totally at ease on the day - we didn't even remember that we were being filmed half the time! We got our teaser trailer through a week or two after the wedding, which was a nice taster of the full film. Our full feature film then arrived a couple of weeks later, beautifully packaged and with excellent communication from Stephen about the delivery. We loved watching the day back - Stephen did such a good job of capturing all the best moments of the day and the editing was so professional; it felt like watching an actual film. Stephen is the man for the job and a decision you will not regret. We meet Stephen at one of Swynford manors open evenings and right off the bat he put us at ease and showed us he really knows his field; a real professional. From our initial discussions right through to the big day it was all well thought out, explained and allowed both parties the chance to get the most from the whole experience; the meet up for an evening drink was again a great way to get to know each other and to help with this pre wedding jitters. I couldn’t recommended having a videographer at your wedding enough, so many people told us it was the one thing we should have and it was so so worth it. Stephen was so lovely and attentive from the day of booking to the day of the wedding. He captured everything so well and it was so nice to watch the video back and re live the day again and also to see things that you miss on the day whilst you’re elsewhere which is what I loved! We were absolutely thrilled with Stephen and Shepperson wedding films! The whole process was really simple, Stephen took everything we wanted into account, he captured everything on the wedding day and produced the most amazing wedding film! Absolutely insane! Great sense of humour, so easy to work with and Steve gave us THE most amazing wedding film ever!! He captured the most perfect parts for our teaser film which brought us to tears, I can’t praise him enough. Yesterday Josh and I received our wedding video from Stephen Shepperson and it was amazing. Not only the video but the whole experience. I have known Stephen for a few years as he has been one of our long-standing clients. However, seeing him in action has been so rewarding and him (and Jenny) are excellent. Here was the process: ✅  A meeting with Stephen to discuss what we want and what type of couple we are. We had this in The Suffolk Hotel & Nine Jars over a beer. ✅ A form to fill out to ensure Stephen had all the details he would need. Including any music choices for the film. ✅ It was clear what we had to pay and when. Stephen also reminded us a week before any deadlines. When you are managing a wedding budget was VERY helpful!! ✅ Turned up on the day and was super friendly. He was also sort of invisible around the guests making them feel comfortable around the camera. ✅ Text me when the video was ready and delivered it. ✅ The video was parcelled up beautifully and included popcorn and chocolate which was a great touch! ✅ The actual video was lovely. It featured all the guests and captured all the funny moments. He also really captured Josh and I as a couple - which was basically just me laughing the whole day. You will see our wedding teaser video on this page, and trust me when I say that the whole package we received was even more incredible. It was fabulous to have a little fun video to share on socials, but we also opted for a longer video too. Working with Stephen and his team was amazing, he even worked with our photographers on the day to make sure they both got what they wanted and were not in each others way. It worked very smoothly and interactions with guests was just joyful to watch and most forgot the day was being videoed. We are overjoyed with the videos we received as everything is so fantastically put together. The video moves back and forth between different stages of the day and makes it so interesting to re-watch. The music chosen to be alongside the video is perfectly us and we were consulted along the way for our preferences, likes and dislikes. Rewatching it has made all the hard work of the wedding last so much longer and I never imagined it would be so heartwarming to relive the day, the joys, the laughter and the love we were surrounded with. It will be absolutely treasured and I can’t recommend the team behind Shepperson Wedding Films enough. I just firstly want to start off by saying Thank you to Stephen and Jenny for their hard work and effort in creating such an amazing wedding video. You honestly are amazing. From the moment I saw their work, I knew I wanted them to film our wedding. Stephen set up a meeting in person to discuss options, he was professional and a down to earth guy. We then got the ball rolling and booked a date in with him. We had to move our original wedding date and this was not a problem for them at all. They were very understanding. Their knowledge in this industry is outstanding and they clearly know how to capture all the right angles to get the best footage for our video. The amount of hours they’ve had to put into creating this is just incredible. Stephen filmed the whole footage of our wedding by himself - he must have been exhausted by the end of the day. I’d say the pricing is very reasonable considering all the effort that goes into it. We were also given a 10-12 week turn around and we received the video back within 3 weeks. We got the online footage first with our USB delivered to our house via post the next day. I’m honestly amazed at how the video has come together. I would a million percent recommend you to anyone. Wow! Where do I even begin?! If you’re wondering which videographer to use then look no further. From the first contact we had with Stephen we knew we had made the right decision. When we first met up, Stephen was so welcoming and made us feel very relaxed and informed us of what it would be like on the day. We had regular contact via email which he responded to extremely promptly. On the day we almost didn’t even realise he was there as he wasn’t intrusive at all.  He worked so well alongside our photographer. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it’s clear that he loves what he does. When we received our video we were so touched with the added popcorn and chocolate bar gifted in the presentation box - a lovely idea! The video itself is amazing! I cannot stop watching it. Our family also love it and it’s so nice to have a wonderful memory of such a special day. If you’re debating whether to also get a highlight video then you definitely should! We didn’t and I massively regret not getting it as I would love to watch the highlights on repeat over and over again as well as the full version. Stephen and the work him and his wife produce is absolutely amazing! We first met Stephen and his wife at the Newmarket wedding show, and I liked the work they produced when we saw some sample films. I knew right from the start that we wanted a videographer for our big day and after looking at websites of other companies and watching samples I was drawn back to Stephens work, the style and the way his films are edited and even the music he uses. So we booked Stephen. The communication was great, a couple of months before the wedding Stephen arranged with my now wife to meet over zoom or in person which we chose to meet in a pub half way for the both of us and this was great, Stephen’s personal touch was second to none, he text us that evening advising us of parking at the pub and then also kept us updated with his arrival. Once we actually sat down and chatted it felt like I had know him for years and he was an old friend, everything was covered and he answered any questions we had, we ended up chatting for around an hour and a half and it was so chilled and relaxed and an enjoyable evening. On the wedding day Stephen was fantastic, he arrived earlier than myself to catch Alice getting ready along with the girls prep and then moved onto myself and the boys, he worked in harmony with our photographers and it was a pleasure to have him there for the day. He is so friendly and easy going I felt completely comfortable and at many times through the day we didn’t even notice him catching all the amazing memories. He kept us updated and let us know when the film was ready to send out. Once we received the film box this was another exciting moment and presented in such a beautiful way with a personal touch, the stunning Shepperson box tied with a ribbon once opened included a letter, popcorn and a chocolate bar. For me this just added to the amazing service we had already experienced. The first time we watch our film, it was breathtaking, it brought back all the emotion from the day and the way the film is edited and put together is just stunning, the music that has been chosen is perfect and the quality of the final film is great! It really feels like you are watching a proper movie starring yourself. We both enjoyed a magical ending to the film which was another great surprise, after the film had ended a song begins with a final few minutes of just me and my wife, moments Stephen captured when we were off having couple photos! This brought tears to our eyes and with the music that has been chosen really captures the love and feelings from the day and is like a true end to a blockbuster movie, when the music rolls and shows all the greatest moments. Stephen it was a pleasure to have you with us to capture our amazing day! The work you and your wife do is amazing and I would love to work with you again in the future. I would 100% recommend Shepperson Wedding Films as there work it absolutely amazing the whole experience we received from them was great and I cannot fault a thing. Stephen and our wedding film was the best money we spent on our entire wedding! We were pointed in Stephens direction by one of our suppliers. Me and my now husband were in discussions as to whether having a wedding video was worth it and we now are both so pleased that we did. His product where you can choose what aspects you want to suit your budget (or win husbands to be round) was fabulous. We were originally a 2020 couple that had to move our date a few times and Stephen was so easy to work with when playing around with new dates and availability even when one of the dates was his birthday! It has been almost a year since our special day and people still compliment us on our wedding film. Trying to put into words how special this is is very difficult when the film leaves you speechless. My bridesmaids thought he was part of the wedding party because of how naturally he blended in. Stephen has a very special way of making you feel completely at ease throughout the day and puts more than 100% effort in throughout the time he spends with you. Even if you are not a fan of being in the spotlight he makes sure you’re comfortable. He is fantastic at fading into the background so he could completely encapsulate the day in the most natural way. He was committed throughout and was always on the lookout for backdrops and placements that hadn’t been used yet to get the best shots. Since our wedding we still have contact from Stephen, most recently him wishing my husband a happy birthday. As for the film itself, When people tell you the day becomes a blur and goes by incredibly quick they are completely spot on. After our wedding all I had was a feeling and a memory of how I believed the day went, when we watched our film back Stephen had completely captured all the magic the way I had remembered the day to be, it is so much more than I dreamed of when I initially wanted to book a videographer. He was there to capture all the moments that made us laugh, all the special moments you would want within your film as well as all the moments and laughter from our guests that as a couple we weren’t able to see within the day. After our wedding Stephen kept us up to date with where he was in the editing process and when we should expect to receive it. I will never forget how I felt watching it that first time and I have watched it many times since. When our film was ready this came presented extremely well and he took the best address for delivery to make sure it arrived to its intended place. We are a few days away from our 1st anniversary where we will sit and reminisce on our day because of the fabulous film from Stephen and it really will be something we treasure over the years to come. I feel extremely lucky that Stephen was our videographer on the day. If you are in two minds over whether to invest in a videographer then I urge you to do it, Stephen was able to capture our wedding in a way even the photographer couldn’t. We were initially hesitant to have a videographer as we are not au fait with being in front of the camera but we are so glad we did! We contacted Stephen very last minute in wedding terms (2 months prior) after viewing one of the films he did at a family members wedding again and deciding it wasn't something we could miss out on! Luckily he was able to squeeze us in his busy schedule. We met Stephen in person and discussed our plans and concerns and he put us at ease straight away. On the day we barely noticed he was there (a big plus for us). He worked seamlessly alongside our photographer and was very humorous in directing some of the more "put together" footage (his Jack Sparrow-esque run through the long grass was a personal highlight!). The edited footage was sent to us well within the timescale promised, it actually came through whilst we were on our honeymoon so it was lovely to be able to watch it for the first time somewhere special. The footage was amazing, the visual is really high quality. We were really bad at choosing music to go over the footage so we left this completely up to Stephen and Jenny and were so pleased with the end result. Stephen and Jenny have kept in touch since the wedding and it's lovely to receive such a great service after the big day is over and is refreshing to meet people so dedicated and passionate about what they do - its a much more personal service and feels like you're more than just another wedding to them! I don't even know where to start! I would 1 million percent recommend Stephen and Jenny to any one considering a wedding video. We met Stephen back in early 2019 to discuss our wedding and immediately clicked! Through covid, date changes, 2 new babies in the mix and a whole load of stress, Stephen was a consistent calm and accommodated everything  we needed. On the day, Stephen was seamless. At some points I didn't even know he was there! All of our guests said how lovely they were on the day and we were happy to have him at our special day. The end result was amazing and we couldn't have asked for a better capture of our day.
